1. Confidentiality
Digi Faiz promises to keep customer information confidential.
2. Scope of Project:
The project scope is confined to the content outlined in the Requirement Analysis Document. Only requirements explicitly documented will be considered part of the project. Minor features or points may also be included within the project scope.
3. Delays in Data Submission and Payment:
The customer agrees to provide all necessary data for the project on time, as per the project schedule. Any delay in data submission may result in project delays. If payments are delayed by more than 10 days beyond the due date, the project will be suspended. During suspension, all work will cease until the pending payment is made. Upon resumption, the project will proceed based on the revised pricing applicable at that time.
4. Project Duration and Plan:
The project plan and schedule are prepared based on the requirements identified during the requirement analysis phase. The schedule may change due to factors such as modifications to project requirements, additional revision requests, or delays in data submission.
5. Admin Access, Content, and Media:
The customer agrees to provide all necessary administrative access, complete textual content, and images required for advertising the website. Creatives for social media will be finalized after a maximum of two rounds of approval.
6. Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide necessary access, assets, and approvals in a timely manner. Failure to do so may affect the delivery of services. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of any provided materials.
7. Performance and Results:
While we strive to achieve optimal results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes as they depend on numerous factors beyond our control, such as market conditions and algorithm updates.
8. Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. Outstanding payments must be settled before termination.
9. Liability:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
